3. Scope of Services
- All services are subject to site inspection, technical feasibility, and final approval.
- The exact scope of work will be defined only in the final quotation, work order, or agreement.
- Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be charged separately.
Verbal discussions or website content do not constitute a binding agreement.
4. Quotations & Pricing
- All quotations are based on site conditions observed at the time of inspection.
- Quotations are valid for a limited period, as mentioned in the quote.
- Prices may change due to:
- Design modifications
- Material price fluctuations
- Changes in site conditions
- Delays not caused by Renuka Glass Facade
Any revisions will be communicated and approved before execution.
5. Payment Terms
- Part-advance payment is required to initiate work.
- Payments may be milestone-based or stage-wise, as agreed.
- Final payment must be cleared before or at the time of handover.
- Delay in payments may result in work stoppage or project delays, for which Renuka Glass Facade will not be held responsible.
6. Project Timelines & Delays
- Timelines provided are indicative and depend on:
- Client approvals
- Site readiness
- Weather conditions
- Availability of materials
- Third-party coordination
Delays caused by factors beyond our control, including force majeure events (heavy rain, strikes, supply issues), shall not be considered a breach of contract.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
- Providing clear and safe site access
- Ensuring civil work readiness before installation
- Availability of electricity, water, and working space
- Obtaining required permissions or approvals
Renuka Glass Facade will not be liable for delays arising due to non-compliance with the above.
8. Materials & Specifications
- Materials used will be as per the agreed specifications in the quotation.
- Minor variations in glass shade, texture, or finish are industry-standard and acceptable.
- Once glass fabrication or ACP processing has begun, cancellation or major changes may not be possible.
9. Warranty & Maintenance
- Warranty, if applicable, covers only:
- Manufacturing defects
- Installation workmanship
- Warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage
- Improper use or mishandling
- Natural wear and tear
- Damage due to external impact or structural movement
Post-installation maintenance and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) are optional and will be provided only if separately agreed.
10. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation after work commencement may attract cancellation charges.
- Advance payments may be non-refundable once material procurement or fabrication has started.
- Any refunds (if applicable) will be processed at the sole discretion of Renuka Glass Facade.
11. Limitation of Liability
Renuka Glass Facade shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of business or revenue
- Structural defects outside the glazing or façade scope
- Delays caused by third-party contractors or site conditions
Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the agreed scope of work.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, designs, logos, and graphics, is the property of Renuka Glass Facade and may not be copied, reused, or reproduced without written permission.
13. Third-Party Links
